Join us for the ultimate boating extravaganza.
Free entry for all, so grab your crew and set sail for an unforgettable day on the Vaal Dam!
Experience a day packed with surprises, challenges, and endless fun as we navigate through 50+ km of adventure.
Three interesting and fun-filled stops will be made during the course of the day where food and drinks will be for sale.
Please note that all of your boat’s paperwork needs to be in order.
Fuel up for our 3 stops, indulge in delicious food, and sip on refreshing drinks while soaking up the sun.

From breakfast rolls and champagne to beachside burgers and breathtaking sunsets, every moment promises pure enjoyment.
The Details
Please make sure you register for the event. All boat shapes and sizes from all over are welcome. Boats not registered before the 26th of April cannot participate. ✅✅✅
Fuel / Parking & Facilities will be available at Club Bayshore Marina ( RALLY START).
Boats will get together on the water in front of Club Bayshore Marina / Sunset Cove from 7 o’clock for a mass start at 8 o’clock to The Anchorage ( STOP 1 ). Please make sure your boat is fuelled up. We will all park by the pool area for orange juice champagne and breakfast rolls, and the skippers will face a challenge for the morning.
All boats will then head for LDYC ( STOP 2 ) Lake Deneysville Yacht Club. Our plan is to get there around 11 am. Once there, participants will face another challenge. Food and drinks will be available at LDYC for a good kuier ’till around 4 o’clock.
Top 10 Rally Leaders will then head towards a point ( Stop 3 ) where we will have a sunset and an after party at Splash ’till late

All your boating and skipper documentation needs to be in order.
Please stay in a convoy for the day.
Please make sure you have all the necessary protection against the sun for the day. Make sure you do have enough life jackets on your boat. Skippers to stay sober. No speeding max 30Kmph. Take note this is a family boating event.
What to Bring
Make sure your cooler boxes are packed and stocked up.
Pack enough sunscreen, hats and something warm for the evening.
Make sure you have enough life jackets on your boat.
